Fitness First Germany sees small group workout participaction surge with Funxtion partnership.

When it comes to keeping your business afloat during these unprecedented times, it’s important to consider how you’ll continue to create revenue -no matter the circumstances.

In late 2021, Fitness First Germany installed Funxtion’s MultiScreen Solution, a set of multiple screens that stream digital exercises and workout circuits on demand across the gym floor. 

  • Since partnering with Funxtion, the operator has increased the number of small group functional training workouts per day from two to six or seven.
  • The number of participants per group has also increased, growing from an average of six to ten participants to many classes seeing a dozen members join.
  • Member satisfaction has increased. Fitness First achieved an NPS score of 40 for the first time in June, with the instalment of new systems in the last two years for the management of the clubs, and with the Funxtion partnership adding more value to the training floor.
