1. Data we collect
We collect personal data that you provide directly (name, email address, account credentials) and data generated through your use of our platform (usage analytics, workout history, device information). For operators, we also process member data on your behalf as a data processor.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve our services, personalise your fitness experience, communicate with you about your account, and fulfil our contractual obligations to operators. We process data on the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interest, and consent where required.
3. Third-party sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with trusted service providers who assist in platform delivery (hosting, analytics, communication tools) under strict data processing agreements. We may disclose data when required by law.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the platform and analytical cookies to understand usage patterns. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Our platform does not use advertising cookies.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. Operators may exercise these rights on behalf of their members.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfil our legal obligations. When an operator relationship ends, member data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days unless legally required otherwise.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
